Non-employees must use the link in the registration email sent to you by the HR Symphony Support Team. To request another registration link, please contact us.

To create an employee account on HR Symphony, you will need the following information:

• Legal first name
• Legal last name
• Email address used during employee onboarding
• Birth date
• Last four digits of social security number
